You probably know, the design prepress phases of a flexo print job are very critical in the quality of your final press run. In the Flexographic Art Department we know exactly what it takes to achieve the results you and your customer expect. Most artists don't have the experience in this industry to understand the pitfalls of this printing process. We do. For your design, to the finished plate, Flexographic is the company you should choose.
If you choose not to have us do your artwork, you may send us any of the following digital formats to work with:

We prefer Adobe Illustrator CS, but accept the following Mac applications**:

*InDesign files MUST be in a MAC version. Black and white separations MUST accompany each file supplied in InDesign. Fonts must also be included.
**PC Versions of Adobe Illustrator, Quark Xpress, and Freehand are acceptable. Please export Corel Draw documents as an Adobe Illustrator document with text converted to paths. Be sure to include all support files that may be used in your documents. Continuous tone images, and graduated screens may need to be adjusted to proper levels to ensure proper plating. Screens should have a minimum of 3% where possible. Screens measuring less than 3% may break off or provide unreliable results when plating. Please try to have all lines at a minumum of .007".
Please be sure all fonts are converted to outlines/paths/curves. If not possible you must provide all SCREEN & PRINTER FONTS. If you have any questions, Please call us and we will do our best to help you.
