Flexographics Etching Department manufactures high quality magnesium dies, producting embossing dies and counters which are used to emboss stationery, cards and also the creation of customer logos and many other products.
We offer Magnesium Engravings in 16 gauge (.064"), 11 point (.153"). 1/4" (.250") or 3/8"(.375"), as well as Silicone dies for Hot Stamping and Embossing. We deliver superior dies that will allow you to supply the best possible product to your customers. In our Vulcanizing Department we produce customized rubber printing plates which can be used for printing plastic bags, paper, corrugated products etc. The plate can be vulcanized with the use of control cloth and on magnetic material for easy mounting. In addition, we make hard durometer plates for scoring. Flexographic is able to offer synthetic and natural rubbers in many thickness's and durometers. Each rubber plate is customized to your specifications so that you can fine tune your printing to meet you and your customers' requirements.
